Infant care that feels like a second home.

Leaving your baby with someone new is the hardest part. Our baby room is calm and cosy, routines follow your baby's own rhythm, and you'll see how the day is going on your phone.

Our baby room sits behind the rainbow mural, a calm space just for our youngest.
What we focus on

Infant Care at Little Otters

1

Your baby's own rhythm

Feeds and naps follow the schedule you share with us, not a one-size-fits-all clock.

2

Cuddles, songs and talk

Educators talk, sing and read with babies all day: the building blocks of language.

3

Tummy time to first steps

Soft floors and safe spaces to roll, crawl, pull up and wobble.

4

Updates you can count on

Feeds, naps and diaper changes, plus photos, shared through Lillio.

A day in this room

What a day looks like.

  1. Warm hello and handover: tell us how the night went
  2. Floor play, books and songs
  3. Feeds and naps on your baby's schedule
  4. Sensory play: textures, sounds, light
  5. Stroller walks with our group stroller
  6. Ready for pickup, with a Lillio update

Every room follows a consistent routine of play, meals, rest and learning. See the whole day.

Questions

Infants FAQs

More answers on our FAQ page, or call 780-986-6848.

Check infants availability
How young can my baby start?

Our infant program cares for babies up to 18 months. Ask us about the youngest age we can take when you check availability; infant spaces fill early, so it's smart to ask before your leave ends.

Do I bring formula, bottles and diapers?

We'll give you our own list when you enrol. Most families label bottles, formula or breast milk, diapers, wipes and a change of clothes.

How will I know how my baby is doing?

Through the Lillio app: feeds, naps, diaper changes and photos, so you can follow along from work.
